I haven't been able to access my email in about a week. I am @ cinci.rr.com, and have had no problems for a little over a year now since using their service.

Here's the message I get on the dialog box.

"The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop-server.cinci.rr.com', Server: 'smtp-server.cinci.rr.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E"

did they change the server settings recently?

my ISP did that without telling anyone. correction, my ex-ISP did that without telling anyone, right before I cancelled my service.

Yes, I'd call your local road runner tech support and verify that the incoming and outgoing server names are correct (and also if you should be using SSL - most isps don't require this). Even if the isp didn't change anything, its possible that someone, or some program, tinkered with the server settings in Outlook. They may have the sever settings and a walkthrough on a support site somewhere.
