I've written Greydog software but haven't received anything back. Can anyone tell me the basics of running an online league with Bowl Bound? Is it constant emailing of files back and forth? Can you play a season in a month or so? Do coaches coach their games or are the games simmed? Do you have a choice? Any input would be appreciated.

I have never created or played in one, but I was over at their forum the other day and found this - looks like a pretty straight forward process.

let me know if you get one together, I will take Notre Dame!

The coaches each send an export file to the commish. The commish then imports these files into the game. Only the commish can sim the games, but as part of the export coaches can set their gameplans. Once the week is finished, the commish creates a new league file for the coaches to get. It runs between 8MB and 15MB, depending on what part of the season it is. A season could be done in a month, but that would entail running a sim every day, which really isn't feasible in an online league. In the FOFC-BBCF league, we run 3 sims a week, and we project to take about 3 months to run a full season.

For the most part, a buddy of mine and I were looking at a game that we could play against each other and being sports addicts like we are, living in different states, we thought perhaps this one might work.
