TCY and TCB Downloads?

I am moving things to a new laptop due to a shattered screen. I can't find downloads of TCY anywhere and the page at GreyDog for the TCB download doesn't have anything on it. I've successfully unlicensed everything, but I need the programs before I can put them on my new laptop.

Any help is appreciated.
