PHP/PERL Script Search

Heya,

I am looking for a PHP or PERL script, or something that will allow me to run a live webcast without configuration on the server side.

My web host does not allow me Shell access to modify anything I need to in order to run a shoutcast server.

So...anyone know anything?

I have never done anything that you are talking about, but I know where to find some scripts if you haven't already tried these.
