I am trying to find out if there is a way for me to guarantee my PayPal payment on Football tickets with PayPal. Years ago I bought 2 Super Bowl tickets on ebay and used PayPal's escrow option where your money didn't get released to the seller untill you had your item in hand and could verify their authenticity. I think ebay did away with this payment option when they bought out PayPal.
Is there anyway to guarantee that I will get my money back from a "New" seller on bad game tickets?
Here is a link to the tickets I am looking at.

Thanks for any help.

I can't answer the question... but isn't that REALLY cheap for season tickets? $250 for a season ticket? Or is the guy selling 4 tickets out of his season tickets?
nope. You can file a claim with paypal if it goes bad, but you'll only get money back if the seller actually has money in his account. They will then send you a message saying they rule in your favor on the dispute but were unable to recover any funds. Paypal is safe for the seller but not the buyer.

Oops, I just noticed that eventhough the item is located as being in California, the seller's member location is out of Belgium!!!
It looks like he is trying to sell the full season package.

Anyhow... to answer your question, use a credit card through paypal and avoid using any paypal funds or echecks. If you are screwed over you can go the chargeback path. Just make sure you document everything and allow the seller to correct the wrong.

Not for the Falcons...you could get season tickets for $100 when Blank lowered prices after he bought the team. I don't know what the cost is now, but I wouldn't be surprised if it were $250 (or lower)
