I know this is probably bad luck and will cause me to do the biggest donkey play in history, but I'm doing the best I've done so far in an MTT and am finally able to do my first ping to the peanut gallary. Yea!
PokerStars tourney 29397755
I'm 23rd out of 79 to go with $37,290
The blinds are 800/1600 with 75 antes.

I've been getting a lot of junk lately. I was able to triple up to about $25k when I had QQ and two others got all-in with similar stacks to mine. One had AQ, the other had KJ I think. The board came all low cards and I've been hovering between $30k and $40k since.
EDIT: Correction, $25k. I gained another $10k a few hands later when I caught a 7 on the river to beat someone with a pair of dueces (I had a few draws, and she was just min. betting, giving me huge odds on the flop and turn).

Down to $24k after I tried to make a play for the pot (I completely missed the flop and had no draws). Got called, folded on the turn.

Watching, I bombed out of this one early when I went in with AK vs 77 and lost. Good luck.

Pushed with AQo UTG and everyone folded. In BB I got A7o, checked to the flop, the flop is checked, I catch an Ace on the turn, bet and the other two fold.
I'm up to $30k now, but my M is still around 5

Isn't it lovely to be on the button when the Blinds go up? :D

At this point, the first time it comes to you unopened, you have to push, regardless of cards, and just hope for two live ones.

That win will allow sabotai to make the next pay level, or push it to get a better stack

Fouths: it was death by papercuts, with his M of 2, the first time the pot came to him without being opened he had to push, he couldn't wait till four or five folks could call cheaply and run him out.

I understand, just a tough move with no paint.

And that's it. I go out 28th, right on the bubble for the next pay level, but I didn't care much about that (2 whole dollars more!). I was more concearned with getting a big stack to make a push for the final table if I happen to catch a good hand to push with.
I got AJo UTG, pushed, BB with 77 calls and his pair holds up.

So was that a donkey move at the end or not? :)

Not a donkey move. Unopened pot, your M still sucked, and the blinds were coming quickly.
