Hi, I just got this game a few days ago, but I dont understand how to resign players.
I can re-negotiate a few contracts during to season to extend them, but I noticed that it changes the salary for the current year. And once I click End Season, my guys become UFA's.
How do you resignn your players after the year is over?

If I understand the question correctly, the answer is you wait until free agency starts and then try to resign them. Of course, at that point they are free agents and other teams can make offers too.

That and you get only one contract per player per season signed. If you really want to keep the players, make contract offers during the playoffs, before the bowl game. It's a little bit risky with retirement-prone players, but that's the only way to keep your players from going into free agency, aside from the one franchise player tag, which you better not use too often or your player starts hating you, and all 1st to 3rd year players, who you can easily resign next season during free agency.

Actually, some of your younger FA's are restricted, meaning you still have to wait until free agency but you have nobody bidding against you. If you don't sign them, they become UFAs.
