I think there are occasional photos where she is hot. Notably those shots seem to be taken when she isn't actively trying to be sexy. She has a whole lot of "cute" going on at those times. In fact she throws off so much "cute" at times that she is unquestionably hot, but only at those rare times. As for the rest of the photos, apparently when she's aware that she's being photographed and trying to be "hot", she just isn't.

I'm going no, just because it was so hard to find a number of good shots.
