I love browsing old music videos that were really spectacular.

Bjork's Human Behavior video is one, this one just stunned me the first time I watched it and I still think about it from time to time. Just amazing. Of course Michel Gondry directed it, near the start of his mainstream career before he went on to fame and fortune with many other videos and movies.

I haven't watched any of her videos, but from what I can gather a whole lot of people thought she was real, and were super wrapped up in whatever she was telling everyone. Now she's a fake, and people are actually crying and getting mad about it... priceless.

I have read a couple of places that propose ways to get video from YouTube to iTunes, presumably for viewing locally, or with a video-enabled iPod.

So far, what I have come across all seem very cumbersome. Anyone here have a suggestion for a relatively easy way to do this?

I bet Shaw knows...he pointed me to a mozilla extension that will save the video as a .flv file (I can't recall the extension name, unfortunately, and I only have it set up at work). The VLC media player (hxxp://www.videolan.org/vlc/) will play these and I think has a wizard to stream/encode them, but I can't seem to quite get it to work.

Scatterbrain was a great metal/hardcore/"joke" band from NY in the early 90s. This video pretty much sums them up...although this song in particular intentionally rips off about 2 dozen well-known rock songs, and their other stuff was much more original. You might recall Don't Call Me Dude...but probably not.

That's a brilliant test. I would've said Star Trek, but that is only because I think most young people know him from this than they would from Roots. And if I used Cameo, they would tell me that they were 2 or 3 years old when that video came out.

Yep, it's very cool. That's the kind of dunk that would just get you out of your seat. The LSU players on the court looked like they couldn't believe what had just happened, too.
