In our regular FOFC poker tournaments, we always invite kcchief because otherwise he gets his mother to call our mothers and complain. Now he normally goes all in with T7o over 90% of the time. So recently we decided to tank it and let him win a few times. So we play a few games and the plan works to perfection and he makes the money once or twice. Then something we didn't expect happens, he starts talking smack. Not just "I'm better than you stuff" either but some serious taunts. Of couse we can't come back with "you only won because we tanked the game and also you are ugly" so we play again last week, and he's eliminated before most people have opened their first beer. Unfortunately, just winning wasn't good enough, we had to talk some smack back. We all laughed at him. Some of us pointed. I think he cried a little bit, and the next day he had some scars on his arm, but it was still pretty fun.

We've also been trying to let him win in the RWBL for about 20 seasons, but we're not having much luck there.

So, FOFC, have you ever purposely let kcchief19 win at a game?

I almost always drop at least one series a season to the Twins. Even when my team was winning 115 games a season.

On the off hand chance that I make the playoffs again in the RWBL and Toronto somehow makes it as well and my Twins beat said Blue Jays, the level of gloating and taunting will be determined using this formula:

(Neuqua squared * MrBug cube) to the power of Schmidty

edited to avoid the wrath of the former assistant Toronto GM

why the hell can no one spell neUqua right! You would think with all those championships and the constant references to my brilliant skills as a manger, that you all would have learned it by now.

damnit.

I blame Dan Garion.
