Why is my yardage incorrect when I run the ball?
Answer
We are grateful to the NCAA Football 07 community for bringing a game play issue in the PSP version to our attention involving where the ball is marked during certain running plays. If you are experiencing this issue, an updated UMD disk can be exchanged for the one you currently own.
When sending us your game, please include the following items in the package:
The game UMD without the game packaging or manuals.
A note containing your contact information (you must include the information listed below):
Name
Address
E-mail Address
Phone Number
Send the package including these items to:
EA Customer Warranty

Once the UMD is received by the EA Customer Warranty team, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your replacement. In appreciation for your patience we will also include a coupon for use at the EA Store that provides you with $15 USD off of your next purchase as well as free shipping on that order. We appreciate the community's support in addressing this issue and apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
