Gracias Ernesto. Thanks to you I don't have to attend work the rest of the week. I'll probably hang out unless it somehow massively strengthens to 2 or more status. Of course, I am literally right on the water. If I walk on my balcony I can see the ocean. But I'm about 20 some odd feet up, and we have storm shutters that cover the whole balcony, and this place withstood hugo, so I'm safe.

So should I sit it out and live-blog it, or just go to Columbia for the weekend (which will get the left side of the hurricane, which spawns more tornados)?

your on the water and wondering if you should evac? if you stay and something goes wrong your screwed and on your own, just remember that. houses do blow over, get washed away in hurricanes.

i would move inland for a day or 2, shack up in a motel

well, this is more of a condominium. It's about 20 stories high and made of what seems to be concrete., its definitely not coming down.

Well, now you've done it. I think you need to move to Montana.

I was once with a chick i was not sure if she was taller laying down or standing up. I tried to 69 but got a disconnected message. Something about having nothing.

My wife and kids are meant to be flying out from Orlando today (I sent them away while I'm working long hours for 'crunch') - hopefully things are quiet enough there that their flight won't be affected ...

14 other roads are officially closed in town... Basically all roads you have to get on to do anything in charleston. i'm saddened that we're not getting some more fun, but I guess its better to be safe than sorry.
