12 team league, pretty basic scoring rules. Would you trade your 2nd and 3rd round pick (picks 17 and 32), for pick 7?
Also, does anyone know of a place I can find who's starting for every team in one nice, printable page? I don't have much time to research all this, but I'd just like a handy guide of who's starting at each position that I can print out as a resource for later rounds.

Do you not have a first??
But, I would absolutely not do that. To me, the first round this year, while there are consensus first round picks you could probably put question marks on all of them from 4-10.

I do have a first -- this trade would give me picks 7 and 8. My thinking is that it would be nice to have two first-round picks, and I can make up the rest with some sleepers. On the other hand, it's an obvious gamble -- my weakest starter would be worse, and I wouldn't pick again until the 4th round.

I wouldn't do make that trade if I were you.

well in my draft it went:
7 Rudi Johnson
8 Clinton Portis(don't agree with that one) stick Caddilac or St. Jackson in there if you want.
44? Andre Johnson
Javon Walker and Droughns were still on the board as well as every QB except McNabb and Manning.
17 Lamont Jordan
18 Larry Fitzgerald
31 Randy Moss
32 Willie Parker

FYI, my next pick would be 41, not 44. Not that it matters much.
