SMTP server

I have a client whose smtp server keeps getting blacklisted (not by them, they only send out 7-8 e-mails a day)

I am thinking about signing them up for this:

anyone have any experience with this, or other good "clean" smtp servers?

nope, no help here. I use my work smtp servers.
