Ping Quicksand Can't download game file

I am trying to download the game file. That does not seem to be a working link or correct address.

Is the address incomplete. When I click on it it does not work and when i put it on the URL line it says no such address.

The URL link is complete. In the last thread you posted about this DolaBump also provided a different link. Did you try that one?
