Does the AI automatically change your defense on you? I looked through some things and suddenly discovered that the CPU has been playing a 3-4 defense with my Cowboys rather than the 4-3 I set it for. No wonder we've been getting our asses kicked. We've been playing two guys at our weakest position most weeks.
Did injury cause that? Depth Charts are controlled by me, BTW.

I think you have to set Game Planning to human control...

It shouldn't be changing this unless you either let you coordinator run the show. There is a small chance that an injury did this but very unlikely. The second you have the coordinator button clicked it changes stuff like that and then you have to manually change it all back even if you unclick it and haven't played a game yet.

A related question concerning Defense in TCY...
Regarding the Depth Chart in a 4-3 Defense, there is a spot listed for RILB, which would only be used in a 3-4. The thing is, you must list someone in that spot.... But.... You cannot list that player in the Backup ILB Field as well. So in that sense, does the player that you decide to list as the RILB in a 4-3 allignment, in essence last on the ILB Depth Chart?
The same situation exists if using a 3-4 allignment, as the RDT won't be starting either.
Thoughts?

I believe that the 2nd ILB is considered the backup MLB in the 4-3...

Rilb is # 2 on the depth chart for MLB in a 4-3. The backups are #3 and #4. DT's in 3-4 work the same way.
