I get these all the time as well. Apparently the new awesome thing to do with spam is to put an excerpt from some piece of literature into an email (a quick googling seems to imply this one is from the Anne of Green Gables series) and attach a picture that says "HCMN: Greatest Stock Pick Ever!!!"

Sometimes they don't attach that picture. Silly spammers...
