EDIT: Instructions (I just copied Icy's):

INSTRUCTIONS:
To use them just download them and extract them using winzip or winrar into the folder where you have the original logos installed that by default should be: C:\Program Files\Solecismic Software\Front Office Football 2007\Pictures
When asked about overwriting the original ones answer YES. If you want to keep the original logos i recomend you creating a copy of the whole Pictures folder.

I'll offer up Helmets, Helmets, Helmets as a source again too, as they have a ton of helmets from various leagues, present and historical. The size might be a little off for 2k7, but they should work ok.

If you already downloaded the helmet file, you'll need to re-download it. The FA helmet (the one with the NFL logo above) was left out of the original. I have now updated it. Sorry.
