Hey everyone I am now taking applications for the EFL for anybody who wants a real player/team league using the 2007 sim.

It is a little off since I tried to start one weeks before the announcing of a 2007 release (Thanks Jim :rolleyes: ). Its up to Week 3 preseason on site but that will change once we get going.

Here are the teams that are AVAILABLE:

One last thing, I figure we are going to be the "guinea pigs" of the MP league structure so if you come across any bugs relating to the MP league let me know so rules can be adjusted accordingly. It would be a big help.

What are your plans for this league shakes? Is it 2 sims per week etc? How do you plan on starting the league?

Don't take this the wrong way, but I wonder if it would be better to combine the 2 leagues that are in the process of starting rather than spread ourselves too thin among 2 leagues. I realise there may be some conflicts over who gets which team, but perhaps you could toss a coin as an impartial GM?

Hammer: Yes it will be 2 sims a week (probably Wednesday/Saturday but not sure on the days yet.) I basically want to first get it establish and hang on to the "1st year hardships" at first. Then have it slowly grow over time. For the other league, If they want to come and be apart of the EFL they can. That is up to them.

Yes they do. They are pretty much the roster set in the current 07 game. There may be a player or two not on correct team but for the most part the rosters should be in tact. I am waiting to get at least 1/2 to 2/3 full or so before starting the league. But it will be w/o draft then the first sim for preseason week 1 (assuming I get enough GMS) should late next week sometime.

Note to potentail GMS: When we get to the first draft we are going to use the draft file as well.

I would be interested in taking over the Dallas team if you wouldn't have a problem with a first-time MP GM.

I've played TCY and fof2k4 for a while now but I never made the plunge towards MP. I've been wanting to but I realize I haven't built up too much "e-cred", as it were. If you would prefer more experienced gm's it is no problem.

Given much thought, and after thinking the Jets initially and being very tempted to go for the Saints due to the weapons they have, my request is for the Titans.

I see them a bit like the Browns - little talent but a clean slate and great cap situation to build from.

Hey guys, Bill emailed everyone about the website situation. But in case you didnt get it, here is what was going on. The domain name was under previous ownership and he decided to cancel it instead transfering everything over to me. I basically spent 3 hours or so trying to get everything situated and switched into my name. Anyway I have a temporary site up now. This will be the site for a few days. The pics arent working right and since it is a temp site I wont bother updating them since the website will hopefully be back be back up by Friday. The sim for Week 2 is done and everything is uploaded. The messageboard and and the downloads links work as well as the main page, and exports. Just the pics are screwed up. Hopefully everything will be fine after everything is back up.

The Steelers are about at the 500 mark and Cleveland is looking for there first win. The stats are up if anyone is interested. We are currently in Week 6 so there is still a chance to make a difference in the action for the season. Please contact me if interested.
