I watched the first hour and had to tape the second hour. So far it is pretty cool but i wonder how long they can keep this interesting.

it's gonna get real old real fast though unless he can figure out a way to move beyond this one day into say another day that keeps repeating or something...

I wouldn't be surprised if they go this route. Like if he does something in the first day it triggers the next day.

Well the voiceover at the end of episode said it would all be figured out in 11 weeks. So I guess they aren't planning to take this experiment to a full season.

yep 13 episode total for this show.
2 hour show= 2 episode
and then 11 left after tonight (1 hour each)
If it does well it will be back next season.

Mmmm Moon Bloodgood.
Tough to see him try to explain what was happening to his girlfriend without saying, "like Groundhog Day or Run Lola Run". Interesting that his injuries carry over but other people can die and be resurrected. I wonder how is he supposed to get up early to check the mail when it looks like he will always end up in the hospital because of the loss of blood.
Looks like ABC has cancelled Day Break. :(

I sure hope they make the remaining episodes available on DVD. I really liked the show and would like to watch the remaining episodes.

Aww man. I got wrapped up into daybreak despite my best intentions, and the thing I liked most about it was the fact that it was promised that it would be wrapped up in 12 or 13 weeks, without stretching it out into an endless series of questions like the most recent batch of serial dramas.....and now they're going to yank it, leaving me with just another bunch of unanswered questions.

I watched the first two episodes. I missed the 3rd one and couldn't get back into it. I didn't know what the hell was going on. I would imagine a lot of people fell into the same situation.
Damn. I was really into that show.
i stopped watching 15 minutes into the pilot

this is annoying. what are they replacing it with, some rerun that I won't be watching?

Ugh, you spent the money making the episodes jsut air them. No one watched TV this time the year anyways.
I guess I'll just delete all the episodes I DVRed and hadn't had a chance to watch yet.

Darn it. I didn't expect much from this show, but Dodgerchick and I looked forward to watching week as he was getting closer to solving the mystery. I loved the fact that the stories were always fresh as he was changing the course of time and how subtle actions blew up in his face at times. I wish this show was On-Demand or something. This is just crap.

The wiki for "Day Break" gives a little hope:
"Day Break was cancelled on December 15th.[1] ABC has confirmed that the remaining episodes will be released via the internet on abc.com. The episodes are expected to be released on the corresponding day it would have been aired."

That will work.
