Draft pick value chart

Is there an official one of these that Jim has admitted to using? A quick search found one at the bottom of this article...

I've seen people reference that value chart (to point of treating it like gospel) a lot of times. I don't know if Jim uses that particular one, but he probably uses a value chart of some kind for the AI when determining the worth of a draft pick in a trade. But I don't think he's ever said how the trade AI works.

The new FOF seems to adhere closely to the value chart. For example in Groupthink we traded for the 1(2) pick and the most favorable trade was 1.2 points away from the chart value!
