Here's some stuff I threw together,my own personal taste but open for some suggestions. You will need ResHacker.

Could'nt stand the red, light green is current rating,dark green is potential.Also sharpened up the fading bar.

Weird -- what's wrong with red and green...the monochrome look seems weird to me.

Some of us are color vision deficient, red/green sort of blur together.

I can see the green, I can see the red, just not sure where the line between the two is.

I use Dark Blue /Green.

Sorry guys I wish I had high speed internet still, anyways I'm open for suggestions. I'm looking to change the dark blue bar when highlighting a player,does'nt work well on some screens.

If anyone is tired of seeing all the _ _ _ underscores in the Dialog boxes,instructions are included in the file above. I really dislike them,personal preference of course. Thanks to the creator of this game,I believe his name is "Jim",that were able to modify the game to our liking.

I really like this game,just takes time to get used to after playing Madden for so many years.It's not perfect but a heck of alot better sim than Madden. http://football-freaks.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=17851

Now if I could convince some of the Developers over there we would have some cool utilities!:)
