The Head Coach, Offensive Coordinator and Defensive Coordinators are rated on various aspects, such as Linebackers, Young Talent, Offensive Playcalling, Injury Avoidance etc.
Some of these ratings are in red while others are in black. I presume the abilities in red are those that are most important for that type of coach/coordinator. For example for the Defensive Coordinator K/P, Def Line, LB, Secondary and Young Talent are in red, while others such as Injury Avoidance are in black.
The Head Coach has Injury Avoidance in red i.e. highlighted.
Does that mean that Injury Avoidance is not used whatsoever by the Defensive Coordinator and only the Head Coach influences Injury Avoidance, or does it mean that the Head Coach has the primary influence on Injury Avoidance but the Defensive Coordinator influences in a minor way Injury Avoidance for Defensive players? Or is it something else?
Thanks.
