I had a guy named primelord in my career. I'm guessing there are a few of them out there.

We had a thread on this before FOF 2004...Jim agreed to put some FOFC names in the file, and I compiled a list of names and sent them to him.

Now, you realize this guy is bound to get a CEI.

Dola - maybe it was after the release of 2k4, actually. And Jim might well have added more this time around, but at any rate they've been around.

I remember several years back, I won a contest on these boards to get 3 names in 2k4. I have no recollection though of what names I chose. :)

I got a guy named "Ferret Claws Lang" in my historical career. :D

Be sure and let us know how Beyer ranks on Texas Hold'Em.

I don't know, but that agent Gorski is a real tough cookie I hear. :)

I was surprised to see my own last name in Bowl Bound College Football. It's a unique name so no way it was coicidence. Pretty cool how the gamemakers do this stuff for us.

For the first time, I noticed someone in the game generated with my last name. It's a scout with fairly mediocre ratings, but I had to hire him, just for the nepotism factor.

When I see my last name in the game, I don't know if it is because I bought the game, or that one of my cousins was an NFL kicker for a couple of years in the late 90s.

Looks like the kid has some potential.

I got Anxious Andy Flynn twice. Nervous, but a WR with good speed...hands suspect, of course...

I had a left tackle with both my last name and my hometown in one career. Was a really nice touch, or an incredible coincidence. He put together some solid seasons and then demanded some outrageous FA money... (inflated egos run in the family) then repetitive concussion syndrome put him down for the count. I like to think he now plays a belligerent Shannon Sharpe role on an FOF highlight show.

I'll be shocked if I run across an Izulde or my last name, which never appears in a sports sim.

For most of us @ FOFC, it would be hilarious. For those who don't frequent FOFC, they may not be returning customers to FOF. :)

And his agent is an homage to Wolverine Studios...

Maybe just change it slightly, but not too much so those who would recognize it would snicker to themselves:

Alan B. Couvier

...'k nevermind. :p

Actually, if you've ever bought any version of FOF, you have a chance of seeing your name as Jim 's entered the name of his customers in the name list.

Sweet. I'll be holding out for the next one. There aren't a whole lot of Chinese last names in American Football and the ones that are there aren't usually mine.

I once had a receiver in FOF (can't remember the version) named Johnny Bravo. He was the greatest receiver I've ever seen in the game. Rating was somewhere around 90.

Johnny Bravo, wasn't he a wrestler at one time?

I'm pretty sure it was Dino Bravo who would team up with Greg "the Hammer" Valentine. Either the Hammer or Tito Santana.

John Bravo was the main character in a dynasty I did (with a few other FOFC'ers) a few years back, called "24: A Day in the Life"
