With all the different business models out there for indie game publishers, this is the best model I have seen. This company is selling a number of great games that have no DRM. And what is cool is that a number of big time developers are selling their stuff from their site. You can get some popular indie games at a very reasonable price by purchasing the game itself or purchasing a membership which gives you even more of a discount.

Here are just some of the titles:

Space Rangers 2 (unbelievable, but you can get the game for $20 or $14 is you purchase the membership. If you buy this retail, it is $40 and has Starforce).

Shadowgrounds

Galactic Civilizations II (a large number of you know about this game and most likely purchased it from this site)

No, I don't work for them or know anyone from the compnay. I am just impressed with the games they were able to acquire and it was nice to see that the rates of the games didn't skyrocket. So I am pretty much in support of this site since I would love ot see other publishers do the same.

I've enjoyed TotalGaming.net for a while. I purchesed a membership way back when to get the Political Machine and Galatic Civ. Cost me $60 at the time. I have since gotten Gal Civ 2, the expansion, Space Rangers, Uplink, and Supreme Ruler 2010 all for that original investment. It was one of the greatest purcheses I ever made.

That is a good purhase there. If you were to buy all of these retail, you would have easily went over $120. I have known about this site for a while and had added it to my link directory, but unfortunately I had purchased a number of games outside of this site because they didn't have these games on their site at the time. Now I am strongly considering getting Gal Civ II, Morning's Wrath, Shadowgrounds and Cellblock Squadron.

I haven't heard anything about Shadowgrounds. I assume it's pretty good, though, yes?

I can't quite remember which review I read at the time, but this has been a game I wanted to try out. I checked out gamerankings.com to see how it ranked as well and it didn't do too bad. Check it out here:

And here is one of the reviews. Not a review I remember reading, but it still does the job:
