Agloco? Anyone hear about this?

Supposably its this new company that pays you to surf the web. They are the former founders of AllAdvantage, a website back in 2000 that gave out over 120 million to users before they folded due to the .com market crashing. Does anyone know anything about AllAdvantage or if it works? Use this link for agloco if you sign up please so I at least get a referral, and some feedback on the former AllAdvantage site and if it really worked would appreciated. Thanks..
