Say you start in 1970. Expansion has taken place since then. I do not believe this program is customizable to conference/division sizes. How does this work?

It doesn’t matter when you start. It will always be a 32 team’s league.

So what do you do in the first year? Do you start with fictional players? How does year 1 work?

You can start with a fictional player dispersal draft, or you can download the 1970.fdt file which has the active players at that time and use that for your dispersal draft.

An initial draft with all the players. That makes sense. Thanks.

Or you can start with a team as-it-was. The 1970 Chiefs were one of the greatest teams of all time...

If you start with the team as it was, then what would happen with say the Texans? This is where my initial confusion was. Thanks.
