I've decided to finally buy FOF2007 but when I go through the steps a eLicense I get an error about my address not matching my billing address. I'm staring at my billing address and the address I entered into the site and they are identical...spacing...CAPS...I've tried everything.

I've filled out the support form at eLicense but I'm curious if anybody else has any issues trying to buy the game?

Something like this happened to me once and it ended up being something with the third party company that was handling the payment had an old address of mine somehow still on file (though that address was never connected with the account I was using).

Either that or your should check your credit report immediately for signs of identity theft.

Still haven't heard back from eLicense.com.

I've used my credit card recently without incident, so I doubt there's a problem there.

Oh well, guess I'll hold onto my money for now seeing as Jim doesn't want it. ;)

Two days and counting without any reply from eLicense. That is very uncharacteristic of them as I've had nothing but speedy service from them in the past.

Make a visit to your banking institution, ask a CSR(customer service rep) to bring up your account, it may need to be updated.

Another question, are your receiving your bank statements?

I had this problem when my old bank was merged with Wachovia, somehow my address got messed up, now corrected.

Just got an email from eLicense telling me to try again today...and it worked.

Obviously something on their end.

Glad it got cleared up.

Make sure you check your credit card statement, it's possible you got billed for the transaction even though it didn't go through. This was an issue a few days ago for people trying to purchase TEW from Greydog Software, it seemed to happen to alot of people outside of the US.

Thanks, I definitely will do that.
