New York Jets Gameplanning

I am trying to run a system similar to the New york Jets real life system. Anyone have any ideas or input on what I should do? Thanks

Run a 3-4 on defense and a short passing game on offense. Sprinkle in the reverses and occasional onside kicks and you got it.
