I know this should probably be in a consolidated thread somewhere, and may have been mentioned already. But it is a bit confounding that in the draft preview screen, if you highlight a player his name then appears in white characters, but his combines still appear in black characters, rendering them unreadable. Just a small little nitpick.

Yep, I mentioned it back in a 6.0c bug thread...never got a response, nor a change. Here's hoping it gets put back on the list to fix.

Unreadable? Visible fine for me - maybe the color settings for your team have something to do with it?

Maybe not completely unreadable, but pretty darned difficult.

Yeah, it must be the color scheme. Mine shows a lighter blue so that the black print is readable. It would be better if white, but the dark is still ok. Perhaps you can change that setting?

I suppose it's possible that this was due to swapping images out, but I wouldn't think it would be. But I haven't checked.

Nah, it was there from scratch with me, and it was with several different teams' color schemes (though I didn't check them all, and it may be fine for some as in VfP's case).

Oh - I figured it out. The blue color is from your windows settings. I'm using windows classic with the windows standard color scheme, so it's using a dark blue. If I change my system, it changes the highlight in the game (maple, for instance...). I bet most who are just using the new-fangled XP look weren't seeing this (and have a lighter blue).
In 2k4, that text *was* white on the roster screen for highlighted guys fwiw. Not here though.

Ack, sounds about right -- I'm using the Windows Classic setting as well. Do you know of an easy way to rectify this for the game without setting my computer to use the XP look?

You can set that individual color. Right-click the desktop, select properties. Should be under 'Appearance' (might have to go to an 'advanced' step in XP...here at work I'm on 2000 I think). You'll want Item: Selected items.

Glad you guys figured it out. I was getting really sick of selecting the guy under the one I wanted to see, and using it as an underline.

Thanks...finally got a chance to try it out; works great now.

That damn print button seems to be where the "exit" button should be, and vice versa on the game box score html screens. that's my UI beef.
