It is 2000sq. ft., 4 BR, 2bath split plan with a living room, dining room, family room and eat in kitchen on a huge corner lot. The master bedroom has 2 walk in closets and its a really nice plan that no one has ever lived in. We've added a new fridge, washer, dryer and smooth top range. We're asking 244990 but I will sell it to one of you all for 235,000, if you want. My parents dont know it but I'd sell it to one of you guys at cost rather than the average joe off the street.
