I have a investment home in St. Augustine, Fl. just south of the World Golf Village on I-95. It is 2000sq. ft., 4 BR, 2bath split plan with a living room, dining room, family room and eat in kitchen on a huge corner lot. The master bedroom has 2 walk in closets and its a really nice plan that no one has ever lived in. We've added a new fridge, washer, dryer and smooth top range. We're asking 244990 but I will sell it to one of you all for 235,000, if you want. My parents dont know it but I'd sell it to one of you guys at cost rather than the average joe off the street.

email me at Flasch186 AT yahoo.com if you want it.

Hmmm no $ sign, can I assume you mean 235,000 mexican new pesos then? I should be able to afford $21,431.63.

I am living in the UK right now Flasch, but I am looking to move to the US to be closer to my family. Can I just send you a check for the amount. Is it possible for me to make it about 30,000 over and have you just wire me the remainder back? Thx

That house on Veteran (The Westwood part) would cost 3 million dollars. Geez

If it comes with a full time theatre job(professional or educational) I think my wife and I might jump on this.

Are there any iSeries jobs in that area? That sounds nice and not a bad price at all (compared the the over-inflated prices around here lately). How is the neighborhood? Are their daily drive-bys, is that the catch? ;)

We can convert it to our HQ/Port for our aircraft carrier.

I was thinking we could maybe just put the house on the carrier.

We could turn it into a non-mobile networked Maximum Football gaming center. Flasch, does the house run on electricity, gas, or cats-n-hamsters?

Okay, I talked to my manager... and for 235, we're willing to do the Tru-Coat for free.

Whatever happened to that thread? I guess someone has the ultimate thread kill to be able to finish off that one....

no drive bys...

runs on electric...

big yard, so JB can actually have us play out the plays from MF in the yard to tweak for changes...

about 10 minutes from the St. Augustine district, so Im sure with MF's maximum customizability, we could have a franchise there...

In actuality its about 20 minutes from Jacksonville, south.
