I learn something new everyday.

In this case, I didn't realize that Boston and Washington (where country stations are among the top 7) had been moved to the heartland. Nor did I have the foggiest notion that Seattle (where country is the most listened to format) & Phoenix (2nd only to news/talk) had been moved to the interior.

In other words HA, you're talking out of your ass & don't have a clue on this subject ... unless of course you're counting everything other than California & New York City as "middle America" (can't say New York state, since country stations are #1 in Syracuse and #2 in Rochester & Buffalo).
