n00b here ...Disgruntled?

My starting RB is listed as "Disgruntled" in regard to his playing time. Problem is... he's the starter. He's receiving the bulk of the carries, so why is he unhappy? If he was unhappy about his contract (veteran min) or something to that extent, wouldn't he hold out? I don't have any red flag players and I haven't been cutting team leaders or anything (something the help guide said attributed to player discontent). So what's pissing this guy off?

What's "the bulk of carries" mean? If he's getting more than anyone else but still only getting 10-15 or so, that may be the cause of it. He may want 20+ carries a game.

Also, if you've just upped his carries recently, sometimes it takes a couple/few weeks for his displeasure to dissipate.
