Am I missing something?

This isn't a big deal, but I'm confused and wonder if I've missed something. I was reviewing the stats of a TCY game and noticed what appears to be an error. My QB threw a 93 yd pass for a touchdown. It shows for the QB that his long pass was 93. The reciever had 2 catches one of which was the 93 yd catch. YAC for him were meager (~5 yards). So far so good. When I looked at the pass breakdown for my QB I noticed that for passes over 30 yds there was 1 attempt and it said 0 completions.

Shouldn't the 93 yd TD pass be included there as a completion?

this could be an error with the YAC.

Well, YAC seemed okay as he only had 2 receptions--one of which was for TD, therefore no YAC. The odd thing is that the "pass tendency chart" (or whatever you call it) didn't record any completion for >30 yds.

I am just thinking that an 88 yard pass (93 -5YAC) seems long. My conclusion is this might have been a shorter pass with more YAC that was not properly recorded.

There were YAC problems with previous versions of FOF, so that would be my first suspicion as well.

BTW, are you playing FOF4? If not, it's definitely YAC.

That looks like TCY... and as noted above, the YAC function does't seem ot work properly in that game. I presume you are playing with the fully-patched version (which, digging back in my memories, I think claimed to fix the YAC problem)... but if not, that's your first step.

I've noticed similar problems. One time I had a guy with more YAC than total yards, and it was by a lot, not some behind the line passes, maybe 80 yards difference for two catches. I just shrug it off, no big deal.
