On the Team Summary Screen...what do the stats Pass Rush% and Pass Defense% mean?

How are they calculated?

Pass Rush % basically shows how often your opponents reached your quarterback, whether it be a sack, hurry or block compared to the total number of passing plays you ran.

I'm a bit more hazy on how Pass Defence % is worked out but it shows how often your opponents defended or intercepted a pass.
