Gah. Backup the data on that LUN, unbind the LUN, replace the faulted drive (I'd recommend you send it back to Engineering for Failure Analysis, that's not supposed to happen..) and rebind the LUN, before restoring from backup

(Ok, that's geeky. But that's my job at EMC :D)

BTW when I worked for Sun Professional Services, we made a ton of money re-selling EMC. The Sun sales reps sure hated us, though. :D
