Just wondering what was so different about tonight.

I'm not really a Fox basher. I actually prefer their hard news programming to what the other cable networks serve up. I just can't stomach anything else they put on the air for long enough to consider it relevant.

There's a Mexican place around me called Escondidos (no clue if it's a chain or a stand-alone, but it's the only one I've seen). Great food, but their chicken flautas appetizer is amazing. Not just for the flautas, but for the mango salsa it comes with for dipping. I ask for it on the side of any meal I get there.

I've never had mango salsa, but the Paul Newman brand Pineapple salsa is amazing.
