For those of you who pray *Update*

Just wanted to give everyone an update about our friend from my Church who got a freak bout of Amnesia last Monday. 1st of all, thanks to all of you who prayed for him.

I got the news today in church that he got his memory back Wednesday morning. The doctors couldn't find anything physically wrong with him. They said it was stress related and his brain just shut down for a couple of days. But he is fine now and has all his memory back. I spoke to him today and in his words he said, "God does things for a reason. I am always on the go and God must have wanted me to take a break and that's how he did it."

So thanks again for your prayers. God Bless all of you.

What a sigh of relief! I can't imagine how difficult this was on his family and friends... thank goodness he got his memory back.

What a sigh of relief! I can't imagine how difficult this was on his family and friends... thank goodness he got his memory back.

What's really interesting, is I thought it might have been stress related. Last Saturday we had a men's breakfast and Roger didn't make it. When I saw him last Sunday at church he said he worked on the Church finances for 16 hours Friday night and Saturday morning (he is the church treasurer.) He was trying to account for a mistake in the treasury report. He finally figured it out. So when I got the call last Monday night about his memory loss, I thought it might have been from stress from all that working on the church finances. But it never crossed my mind until I got the news today that the doctor had said it might have been from stress. That's when I remembered my conversation with him last week. So I really think that he needed a break after getting it all worked out and God gave him the break the only way he would take one.
