This isn't a normal article; rather it's a report of a session that took place at TechEd, and aimed at getting news of TechEd sessions out as quickly as possible, so that people who weren't attending the event could get some of the information that was being made available. Hence the report was done with notes and photographs taken during the talk, and then written up the same day. Not only was there no time to take separate screenshots, but to do so would to some extent destroy the purpose of the report: To be a report of that talk, rather than a separate article based on work done on my machine.</td></tr></tbody></table>

So this wasn't done on a computer he had access to? I guess it makes sense that he couldn't take screenshots then.
