So I'm more excel savvy than your average Joe, but I know that's not saying too terribly much. My first question is specific, the second more general.

1) Is there a way to pull out the top x pieces of data from an array and sort them? I'm compiling lists of my students' times running a mile, and I want to motivate them by recognizing the top five or ten times.

2) Where's a good place online for Excel tutorials that aren't just for basic formulae?

Thanks in advance, guys.

Also, an addendum. Let's say I have the excel sheet set up like so --

Name -- Lap Time on Monday -- Lap Time on Tuesday -- etc

After finding the =min(Lap Time on Monday), is there any way to pull the corresponding name from column A out as well?
