I'm at this part where it says to push a crate over, but then it shows a vibrating controller with up/down flashing arrows in the center and I can't figure out what sequence it's asking for.
Anybody know?

Don't want to spoil the game for you, but if you are stuck to the point it isn't fun anymore, try www.gamefaqs.com. They tend to have several walkthroughs per game (depending on how old they are).

This is one of the few games I've beaten, but I'm not sure where you are. Are you in Asgard? That was one of the hardest levels for me. I have the 360 version, but I'd guess that they'd be very similar.

Nope on the Omega. I'm going to try turning the tilt off though, because I think it might be related to that.
Swaggs, I looked at gamefaqs to check something one of the comic missions and the FAQ regarding the crate wasn't helpful.
Also, do you have to complete the comic book missions right away when you first enter them, or can you access them later?

You don't have to complete the comic book missions right away. You can access them later at the mission simulator in Stark Tower (later Dr. Strange's pad, Asgard, etc.).
I'm not sure what part of Omega you're talking about. I don't remember any crates other than moving a power supply (or something like that) into the place of a broken power supply. There is a part that I couldn't figure out and had to use Deadpool to get through. It's the part with the gunship and I couldn't get through before the gunship fired and blocked it. I used Deadpool to teleport to the other side.

Teleportation? Cool!
Okay I'll have to look for the mission simulator, then.
And I was able to get the crate pushed off the ledge to smash the glass by turning Tilt off. You apparently didn't do that cuz of Deadpool.
Fun game though, isn't it? :)

Yeah, it's a fun game for the most part. My youngest son always wants to play Marvel Ultimate Alliance with me. ;)

**** SPOILER ALERT ****
For that part, you are supposed to go up on to the top (where it looks like
you deadend), and there is a big giant crate or piece of machinery. You drag it and then push it over the edge to the area below near where the helicopter blocked you off. It will crash through a big glass panel on the floor, and then you can drop down into there.

I figured that out, gstelmack. My problem was I had Tilt on which meant I had to move the controller. Take that one off and I was able to use just a button. :)
Another question for you guys. In two instances now, I've had the glowing blue and silver ball which I think indicates a comic book, but when I try to pick it up, I don't get the option, no matter if I'm right on top of it or what character I put there.
Is that a bug?
And is there a way to get those items?
It cost me my 6th of 6 comic book in the first part and it's not letting me pick up my first comic in the second part :(
Also, are the comic books specific to an area, or is it random after the first comic book? i.e. could I play a second time after beating the game the first time and have a chance at picking up the books I'm missing?

the blue and silver balls are for your extreme moves, at least I thought they were.

I figured it out belatedly. It's like an Elixir... gives you full HP and MP.
