I was just wondering when everybody pulls their QB.
I've tried several ways, but I've pretty much settled on riding my starter until the game is out of reach, and then base it on if I'm up or down. If losing, I get my backup some reps, if winning I wait for the losing team to pull their QB.

Never. It's all about the stats. Every pass is a step further in the career record books.

I'll pull mine on occasion when I'm kneeling to avoid any chance of an injury. Other than that I will consider it if he's playing horrible (3+ picks) and I have a decent backup.

I rarely have a better option at QB than the starter. I go up in the draft to grab great QBs when the previous one retires -- during the few seasons where I've had to start guys who weren't great, I'll still have one I got from FA who is way better than the scrubs I pick in the late rounds. So I don't even worry about benching the starter.

It all depends on how well developed my starter is and whether or not I have any promising younger QBs behind him.

Reminds me of the Alf Ramsey/Rodney Marsh exchange, which Marsh reckons cost him an international football career...
England gaffer Alf Ramsey, to Marsh: “You have to work harder. If you don’t, I’m going to pull you off at half-time.”
Marsh: “Christ! All we get at Manchester City is a cup of tea and an orange!”

If I have a semi-decent backup, I use the starting QB like a starter in baseball, though I don't pull him at the first hint of trouble...maybe the second or third hints.
I also get them out during blow outs, whether I'm winning or losing.
