12 weeks in to the season -- my below average QB (with 74 intelligence) still only knows 10 plays... How long does it take or is it purely an off-season progression?

I'm fairly certain that is only an offseason progression.

I believe I see the same thing -- only offseason progression.

Specifically, during training camp, at least that's the only time I have ever noticed it.

I've had a few rookies and 2nd yr QB's increase during the season, usually only one play. Although this has only happened a few times.

Are we talking about plays or formations?

Hmm. I'll have to keep a closer eye on my stud rookie QB that I'm developing.
