CN 07-6428 On 3-16-07 at 1340 hours, Deputy Pothen (SRO), was advised by the school staff from Oak Grove that there was an out-of-control student being assaultive, at the Moundsview Community Center. The suspect: JUVENILE was arrested for Terroristic Threats and booked at the JDC. Juvenile became enraged because he wasn't being passed the basketball as often as he felt he should. He threw a basketball as hard as he could, hitting a student in the back. He attempted to attack the school staff, threatening to kill everyone, as the staff tried to calm him down. The juveniles aggressive behavior at home and school has been increasing the past few weeks.

the word "assaultive" rarely comes up in the bathroom. that's a good thing.

I don't know what the hell he's so bent outta shape about. Sounds like he didn't go nuts until someone actually did pass him the ball! Little bitch.
