How do you change city name/team name in MP league?

I sort of made a mistake that wound up having the wrong rosters with a couple teams and need to fix it.

Somebody suggested Reshacker as a possible fix but I'm not sure how to go about that.

You can use the game to assign teams to a different city or change the nickname. It's in the main options panel.
