It bugged me a lot in 2k4 and still does in 2k7, this happened to me today (and it's not the first time).

In the NAFL, we ran the draft and we are now in the late FA/ pre camp sim.

I open the MP game, expended around 1.5 hours checking my roster, deciding the rookies i want to offer a contract, offering the contracts to them, checking the FA and sending some offers to undrafted and FA players, setting the training camp points in the different areas, setting the players i want to bulk up/trim down, etc. Then when i was happy with everything (or thought so), i exported the file.

Then when i was going to upload it... Fu#@k!!!!!!!! I forgot to switch one of my draftee RB's to WR as i wanted to do before we run the training camp!!!!

I know it's my fault for forgetting it but... come on, i need to expend another 1.5 hours doing it all again!!! I'm about to upload the file as it is now but i know i will regret, so i'm going to take a deep breath, to watch a recorded MLB game and later will do all the damn job again.

Why can't we save what we have done already in the game in MP mode? What about if we forget something (like i did)?
What about if in the middle of setting our export, we need to leave the computer for some time? do we need to keep FOF open all that time to not to lose our work?

Please Jim, consider adding a way to save in MP games, i'm sure i'm not the only one who hates this.

I would love this feature as well! I have done this many times where I spend alot of time deciding on what to do, then sometime I may second guess my decision or if I absolutely forgot to make an offer that I wanted to make. This would be a great feature to have, basically to save export as, and be able to open your export (if in the correct and current stage) and modify it a little more, rather than starting over from scratch.

Edit: They're Grrrrreat!

You aren't alone. I've had the same thing happen several times.
