Question for book lovers

I'm just wondering if anyone uses any of the specialized software for cataloguing their book collections, and if so, what are your experiences with it? Good stuff, bad, should I just set something up in Access myself?

I use the dewey decimal system.

I use the program Readerware (www.readerware.com). If you have a ton of books, it's worth the buy - but make sure you get a cheapy barcode reader also.

Thanks, we checked out both of those, and it looks like librarything is the winner. It seems cleaner and more streamlined. And cheaper, that's good.

I'll have to check that one out, never heard of it. Readerware is certainly not the prettiest thing in the world.
