Every time we erode a Constitutional freedom in the name of safety, we never get it back.

While that headline is inflammatory, I can see potential problems with the underlying theory.

I do think this is probably a lot of noise about nothing, though.

I think it is interesting for this one fact though: It's the NRA opposing the Bush Admin/Justice Dept.

What's weird is I read this as "Thank God for the NBA" and saw the preview line and wondered "what the hell?"
