Well, not quite the Lonely Planet, but co-founder Tony Wheeler travelled around the 'Axis of Evil' as defined by Bush, and is releasing it under the title 'Bad Lands'.

Sounds like it might be a very interesting read, but I doubt it will convince me to book any vacations.
