Scout Interviews

What do the scouts interviews mean? What I mean is. Before the interview they show the players projected skills by the blue bars. After the interview they show the shorter orange bars..What do these orange bars mean verus the blue bars...

Anybody familar with this?

well the orange bars are more accurate, while the blues have a larger margin of error. at least thats when you draft them. a few years later the player might look quiet different
